At Oasis Hotel Prasonisi we never ask our guests or potential guests for their credit card details or store such details, if in anyway are known to us. All payments of reservations placed through our website are made in ways mentioned futher below under “PAYMENTS”.We have the right and it is to our discretion to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking. No Booking shall be treated as confirmed until proof of payment has been provided. All prices displayed on our Website or otherwise communicated or published by the hotel are meant and will be charged in EUROS. They include VAT and all national and local taxes. Overnight stay tax :As per Law 1015/2018 all travelers that overnight in Greece as from 01.01.2018 shall pay a government tax (€0,50 per room, per night) upon check in or check out directly at the hotel which is not included in the total price of the room. Prices are per room, per night. They include all services, amenities and goods mentioned in our website as being part of our hospitality to our guests. Additional persons of all ages will be charged according to Oasis Hotel Prasonisi policies. A minimum length of stay, deposit, pre-payment (refundable or not), cancellation charges and other conditions may apply, as specified. Once a certain room, number of persons and overnights, additional products and services as well as method of payment are discussed and agreed, the Oasis Hotel Prasonisi will communicate in writing with you in order to summarize all details regarding your reservation, charges and the required full or partial payment. After proof of the required payment is made available, the Booking is officially confirmed by the Oasis Hotel Prasonisi and becomes a binding agreement for the parties.You are required to send to us your prepayment of 30%-50% (depending the cancelation policy) of the total price in the 30 days before arrival. You can cancel late of the total price in the 30 days before arrival. You can cancel later. See Cancellation Policy below.for the balance of the Rental at least 30 days prior to the Arrival Date as set out in our confirmation. If you fail to make a payment due to us in full and on time we may treat your booking as cancelled by you. If any different method arranged (e.g. with cash at arrival), we could refuse to give you the keys of the room, if we will not receive the payment of the balance. You should carefully check the details of our confirmation and inform us immediately of any errors or omissions Balance due: 30 days prior to check-in. Receipts are issued by the Hotel for all payments made for accommodation, services and products. Customers who, instead of a receipt, wish to get an INVOICE (intended for official submition to fiscal authorities), are kindly asked to notify the Hotel at the time of Booking, or, the latest, at the time of arrival.
Our guests are kindly asked to let us know their estimated time of arrival at least 36 hours ahead. We will be greately helped in organizing our work and making their check-in smoother and faster. Unless otherwise stated on the Booking Confirmation, guests may check-in on the scheduled day of arrival at any time from 14:30. However, we will gladly arrange your time of check-in to be whenever your time of arrival in Rhodes requires, provided we are notified on time.

Cancellation charges may vary according to the agreed rate and the time of year. Please refer to our RATE, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancellation and non-arrival charges apply after the specified relevant time. Cancellation or non-arrival may result in the forfeiture of part or all the amount paid as a deposit. Additional amounts may be sought and collected by all legal means at our disposal. Rates agreed as non-refundable and non-changeable are subject to full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of booking. Cancellation or non-arrival will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment.
Very occasionally we may need to cancel a Booking. Such a decision will be due to unexpected, extraordinary reasons. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund, but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation. We will, however, make any possible effort to re-locate any confirmed Booking cancelled by us to an alternative location similar in standard to the Hotel. Your booking is for a specific suite. In the event that, for operational or safety reasons, we need to allocate an alternative suite to you, we will make sure that our apologies for your inconvenience are suitably expressed. It is self-understood that we will refund you any difference in rates (if a lower rate should be applied) and not charge any additional rates, if you are asked to move to a more expensive suite.
We reserve the right, which by making a Booking you acknowledge, to charge and seek compensation for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay by any member of your party (including extraordinary or specialist cleaning, deodorization and laundry services) or for any items that are found by our staff to be missing during or after your departure.
The Oasis Hotel Prasonisi are not designed for accommodating children and It lacks the facilities to guarantee children’s safety. Persons making a reservation take full responsibility of all matters related to safety, behaviour and tranquility. All children (persons under 11 years of age at the time of arrival) staying at the Oasis Hotel Prasonisi must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.

-From 4 until 11 years old are considered children
-Children above 12 years old are considered Adults.
-No Ligeguard on duty
Warning There is no lifeguard in the swimming pool you swim at your own risk.
– Take off shoes in rooms.
Please help us keep the pool deck clean for people with bare feet and in swimsuits.
– Walk, do not run.
Pool deck can become slippery with water present.
– No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the locker rooms or on the pool deck. They can shatter and injure patrons. Cleaning shattered glass from the pool requires the pool to be shut down for 2 1⁄2 weeks.
– Leave the stair and ramp entry and exit areas clear unless entering or exiting the pool.
– No dangerous play.
Dangerous play can result in injury.
– Children under 14 must be actively and safely supervised by an adult (18 years or older). If the child is on the pool deck, the adult must be on the deck as well as there is no lifeguard on duty and they swim at your own risk.
This is the YMCA of the Rockies policy for the safety of all children. We need adults to be an extra set of eyes and ears for safety as there is no lifeguard on duty.
– No food, drink, gum. Water in a plastic bottle is okay.
oFood and gum can be a choking hazard if brought into the pool. It can also make a mess on the pool deck and be hard to remove.
– Do not hang on rope.
The ropes are there for people in need of help. If someone is hanging on the rope, it is signifying that they need help. The rope will also break if there is weight on it.
– Shower before entering the pool.
All bathers, before entering the swimming pool, shall be required to take a cleansing shower bath in the nude, using warm water and soap and rinsing off all soap before entering the swimming pool.”
– If you wish to use an inflatable device such as a tube or raft, ask the reception first ,the device does not make it hard to see what is in the water under it, and it is not being used by non-swimmers. The reception will make final decisions regarding all inflatables.
Swimmer in lifejacket must be within arms reach of adult at all times.
-If a swimmer is in a lifejacket, it signifies that they need help swimming. An adult must be within arm’s reach to take responsibility for the non-swimming individual.
– No breath holding activities of any type, for either games or physical training. Shallow water blackout can happen to ANYONE who holds their breath too long. We do not allow patrons to hold their breath for longer than 10 seconds.
– 10 minute break every hour up to the adults’ discretion.
– Do not swim when you have diarrhea. You can spread germs in the water and make other people sick.
– Do not swallow the pool water. Avoid getting water in your mouth. This prevents germs from spreading.
– Practice good hygiene. Take a shower before swimming and wash your hands after using the toilet or changing diapers. This prevents germs from spreading.
– Take children on bathroom breaks or check diapers often. Waiting to hear “I have to go” may mean that it’s too late. This prevents germs from spreading.
– Change diapers in a bathroom or a diaper-changing area and not at poolside. This prevents germs from spreading.
– Wash your child thoroughly (especially the rear end) with soap and water before swimming. This prevents germs from spreading.
– Non toilet-trained children must wear a swim diaper under a tight-fitting swimsuit. This prevents accidental fecal releases into the pool.
-No diving is allowed
The Oasis Hotel Prasonisi are not designed for accommodating people with accessibility problems and It lacks the facilities to guarantee safety. Our Hotel , due to the nature of our building, has not been designed in accordance to relevant official specifications. Please contact us to discuss specific individual requirements and the availability of appropriate accommodation. You will be accurately informed and, should you find our premises and services to be suitable for you, we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant and safe as possible.
Special Offers and Promotions are subject to availability, as well as other specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the Oasis Hotel Prasonisi website or otherwise. We reserve the right to announce, modify or revoke any offer, promotion or relevant program, at any time. The Oasis Hotel Prasonisi must be notified before or upon guests arrival about which parts of the applied Special Offer or Promotion, or of the Agreement made regarding the specific reservation our guests wish to enjoy, as well as the day and time they wish to do so. If not notified on time, the Hotel may consider the quests’ right to some or all parts to have been waived.
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with our procedures and requests relevant to all above values. Guests are also requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel , or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services and ask from anyone to leave the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached.

Where this is the case, we maintain the right to follow all legal procedures to protect out fame, name and property. At the same time we will certainly have no obligation to refund any lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
Entrance to the suites and other areas of the hotel is only permitted to registered guests with a confirmed reservation for a stay at Oasis Hotel Prasonisi. This limitation is part of our effort to safeguard the privacy, peace and tranquility our guests are here to enjoy. It is therefore implied without exceptions at all times. Individuals (s.a. technicians, guides, car companies’ agents etc.) whose presence in their professional capacity is necessary for the operation of the hotel or the needs of our guests remain in the appropriate area for the required time.
Our Hotel are TOTALLY NON-SMOKING. There are no suites or public areas (indoors or outdoors) where smoking of any kind is allowed. Guests using tobacco products or any substitudes thereof in any area of the Hotel are in breach of the present set of terms and conditions. They may be asked to leave the premises and are liable for the compensation of any damage or loss of income incurred to the Hotel. Smoking in one of our Hotel will result in 150€ penalty fee. This penalty is non-negotiable and will be collected via the country court in the event of non-payment in addition to costs.
Oasis Hotel Prasonisi will not be responsible for the loss or damage of valuables or money left in the Hotel. The Oasis Hotel Prasonisi will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind (whether caused by the negligence of the Hotel, its employees or otherwise). The Oasis Hotel Prasonisi total liability shall not exceed the value of the charges agreed for booking of your and your party’s stay. No part of the present or any other document referred to in it shall be read or interpreted as excluding any liability for death or personal injury caused by the Oasis Hotel Prasonisi negligence or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The relationship between the Oasis Hotel Prasonisi and its website users, potential guests, guests and all members of guests’ parties, as well as all obligations arising in connection with it are governed by the Greek law. The courts of Rhodes have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute arising between the Oasis Hotel Prasonisi website users, potential guests, guests and all members of guests’ parties, including disputes relating to any non-contractual obligations. Each party irrevocably waives any objection to proceedings being brought in the Greek courts (on the grounds that the Greek courts are not a convenient forum or otherwise).
When a Booking Request Form is filled on our website or a reservation is made at Oasis Hotel Prasonisi, you will be asked to provide us with the information required for the completion of your reservation and for a comfortable and safe stay with us. This will be: your name, surname, country, mobile telephone number, email address, arrival & departure dates, arrival time, number of persons that will be staying with you, preferred payment method. You will also be given the opportunity to inform us about allergies, intolerances and preferences you wish us to know of. You will never and for no reason be asked by anyone working for or with us to reveal your credit card details. Similar information will also be required by Online and other Travel Agents, when your reservation is placed through them. They may also require your credit card details: safeguarding them will be their responsibility and will be done with their own means. In the course of promoting, receiving, processing and finalizing reservations, we may actively or passively acquire knowledge of, collect, use, store and transfer data and information of personal nature, which can be grouped as follows:

Prior to your stay with us All your telephone calls, messages and emails addressed to Oasis Hotel Prasonisi will be answered. Your Booking Requests through our website as well as your reservations through an Online Travel Agent or a Travel Agency will be followed by emails and telephone calls to a number necessary for the processing of your request or reservation and finally confirming your stay with us. The Oasis Hotel Prasonisi reserves the right to seek and obtain payments for cancellations, accommodation, incidentals, losses and/or damage, via all legal means in Greece and abroad .
-The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
-The guest can cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel in the 21 days before arrival and If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
